The process design is specific per each work-piece, to improve the corrosion resistance and decoration ability, as well as appearance quality of it. All equipment involved in the production line must be painted uniformly according to the safety marking color. It should be easy to maintain and meets the safety maintenance management standard. Strictly implement relevant national laws, regulations, standards and specifications, and emphasize environmental protection, fire protection, energy conservation and safety in the design. Strictly implement national laws and regulations on labor safety, health and environmental protection, meanwhile consider cost reduction. Noise: low-noise equipment shall be used. The maximum noise around the equipment shall not exceed 85dB, and the ambient noise around the operator shall not exceed 85dB.
